Once you have purchased your bundle, I make every effort to contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order, discuss any specific requirements, and lock in the week your bundle will be worked on. While I strive to respond promptly, please note that it may take a few extra days to hear from me, but you will hear from me! As part of my commitment to providing a seamless experience, please note that a $50 non-refundable security deposit is required at the start of your bundle journey. This deposit ensures that your spot is secured and allows me to dedicate my time and resources to curating your personalized collection. Rest assured that this deposit will be applied towards your final payment and will be noted on the final invoice sent to you. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I appreciate your understanding and support as I strive to create a remarkable styling experience for you.
Once I have started on your bundle, please allow 2-3 weeks for me to perfectly curate your bundle as it takes time to find these beautiful pieces for you!
Returns and Exchanges:
If any item(s) in your bundle does not fit, please notify me as soon as possible. You have a two-week window from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit ONLY. After the two-week period, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
